that I was minding a graveyard.
And on the surface, the gifts you collected - urns and dirt mounds
you constructed this place
the erasure, the washing, the tracks in the sand and oak
to birth unborn maggots.
Go ahead and bury, you do that so well, seeking what?
The electrical wire grinding your teeth into smiles
they look like headstones, sleeping in rows
